This policy explains how we use cookies and similar technologies in line with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR).

Strictly necessary (no consent required)

These are required to run the Site and cannot be switched off in our systems. They include the session cookie that keeps you signed in after you use the email link (sw_session) and Cloudflare Turnstile tokens used to reduce abuse on the sign-in and checkout forms. Under PECR, we do not need your consent for cookies that are strictly necessary to provide a service you have requested.

Optional analytics (consent required)

If you accept cookies in the banner, we store your choice (sw_consent) and load PostHog analytics from EU cloud infrastructure. Analytics events do not include your questionnaire answers, name, address, or email. PostHog is configured with maskAllInputs: true so typed answers stay masked in session replay where replay is enabled. You can withdraw consent via the cookie settings link in the footer.

What we do not use

We do not use third-party advertising cookies, social-media pixels, or cross-site tracking for marketing. There are zero advertising or remarketing trackers on the Site.
