Refund policy

SignWise is a self-serve document preparation service operated by Ditra (established in Spain). SignWise is not a law firm, is not regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), does not provide legal advice, and does not carry on reserved legal activities under the Legal Services Act 2007 (section 12 and Schedule 2, paragraph 5). You prepare your document from your answers, review it carefully, and sign it yourself. SignWise is not responsible for legal outcomes. Seek independent legal advice if you are unsure whether a document suits your property or circumstances.

14-day refund window

Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund only if you have not downloaded the final unwatermarked file (PDF or DOCX) for that order. Watermarked previews before or after payment do not count as a final download.

When you download the final

By downloading the first unwatermarked final for an order, you consent to immediate supply of digital content. That ends your statutory cancellation right and refund eligibility for that order. The time of the first final download is stored on the order.

Landlord Pack

If you bought the Landlord Pack, downloading any included final document (tenancy agreement, written statement, move-in inventory, or Form 4A rent-increase notice) ends the refund window for the pack in the same way.

How to request a refund

While you are still eligible, use the Request refund button on your dashboard for that order, or email [email protected] with the email you paid with and what you bought. Refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.

Pricing

Prices are gross in GBP and include VAT for UK consumers. There is no subscription to cancel.
